Tom McNally

Founder

Tom graduated from the University of Winchester in 2005 and has since worked in HR and recruitment within the real estate sector. He began his career at a global property recruitment company, eventually moving into executive search. In 2015,Tom joined CBRE to establish a new in-house recruitment function and support growth targets. After several successful years, he moved to Colliers International to lead Talent Acquisition across EMEA. In his spare time, Tom enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and watching Arsenal.

Kristen Zeilerbauer

Board Director

Kristen is a seasoned business owner binging 25 years of international recruitment experience to the Madison Group. He plays a key role across the 3 companies (Berkeley, Lincoln & Hive), and strategically drives business growth while maintaining our core values. His success stems from fostering long-term relationships through openness, responsiveness, and integrity. He is committed internally to building a cohesive, open, and united team that shares best practice to ensure we deliver the best service for our clients and maximise from the considerable experience we share across the group from our high quality individuals.

Clare Coe

Board Director

Clare graduated in Real Estate from the University of Reading in 2009. She has over 10 years of real estate recruitment experience, previously working as a surveyor for Strutt and Parker. Clare excels at building long-term relationships with candidates and clients. In her free time, she enjoys family holidays in Portugal and Norfolk, horse riding, and socialising with friends over a glass of wine.

Nina, an Oxford Brookes graduate from 2000, has over 20 years of recruitment expertise. Co-founding Madison Berkeley allows her to offer distinctive, tailored consultancy services. A proud Londoner, she loves the city's vibrancy but also has a passion for the great outdoors and adventurous travel.
